Can you partner with another organization and reallocate operational dollars without impacting services? Many organizations seek out alternative funding opportunities to maximize resources and provide services. Learn how Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation (MCPR) has worked with churches, athletic associations, universities and private groups to leverage their dollars to collaborate on capital and operational partnerships. Attendees will understand the difference between fundraising and partnerships as well as learn the process to evaluate partnership proposals to determine their feasibility.
